Phoebe Van Tran is the coauthor of the #1 Amazon best selling book, “Powerful Female Immigrants.” She has 6 year of extensive experience in mortgage lending industry and real estate sale/investments with total 8,800 mortgage transactions. She specializes in negotiation
and private capital lending. She is also the CEO and co-founder of Infinity Capital Lending. Infinity Capital Lending provides capital advisory services, private structured capital solutions to real estate developers and investors backed by private high net worth investors from both domestic and international capital sources. She has a diverse experience in all types of mortgage and projecting lending from bridge financing, construction loan, and commercial real estate private lending. Over the years, she has developed numerous valuable trust relationships with loyal clients, high net worth investors, and affiliated capital partner networks including private equity funds and family
offices. Her clear communication and strong connections with the communities enables her to market the through a variety of exclusive family office platforms and network marketing.
